Luxora Gate Listing Standards & Advertising Rules
Last updated: March 25, 2026
This policy sets the operational quality standards for any asset, brand profile, promotional placement, brochure, image, video, or marketing claim published through Luxora Gate.
1. General principles
- Every listing must be accurate, current, lawful, and clearly attributable to the party publishing it.
- Published content must be premium, relevant, and appropriate for the specific asset category.
- Luxora Gate may request supporting documentation before or after publication.
2. Authority to advertise
- You must have written authority or another lawful basis to market the asset or service.
- If Luxora Gate asks for proof of authorization, you must provide it promptly.
- Assets that are sold, rented, withdrawn, unavailable, or no longer accurately described must be updated or removed without delay.
3. Accuracy and presentation
- Key facts such as price, location, status, dimensions, year, condition, registration status, and included features must be truthful.
- Photos, renders, videos, brochures, and floor plans must fairly represent the asset and must not create a misleading impression.
- Watermarks, heavy overlays, misleading badges, or comparison claims may be rejected where they reduce clarity or distort the platform experience.
4. Real estate-specific rules
- Only properties with a legitimate basis for marketing may be advertised.
- Project names, permits, completion status, payment plans, and handover claims must be current and supportable.
- Duplicate listings, placeholder listings, bait pricing, or false exclusivity claims may be removed.
5. Cars-specific rules
- The make, model, year, mileage, trim, and condition must be accurately stated.
- Any salvage status, major accident history, title issue, or material defect that would affect buyer decision-making should be disclosed.
6. Yachts-specific rules
- The vessel type, builder, year, flag, dimensions, engine information, and general condition must be presented accurately.
- Marketing materials must not imply class, charter revenue, or registration status that you cannot substantiate.
7. Private aircraft-specific rules
- The aircraft type, registration, serial information where appropriate, year, cabin details, and operational or maintenance claims must be accurate.
- Do not publish content that implies regulatory approval, operational availability, charter rights, or airworthiness unless that statement is accurate and lawful.
8. Prohibited content
- fraudulent, deceptive, or unverifiable content;
- assets you are not authorized to market;
- counterfeit goods or illegal services;
- offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or infringing content;
- spam, keyword stuffing, hidden contact details, or attempts to redirect users away from the platform in a deceptive manner;
- claims of guaranteed returns, guaranteed financing, or legal certainty that cannot be objectively supported.
9. Moderation and enforcement
Luxora Gate may request edits, reject content, pause listings, remove media, reduce distribution, suspend user access, or terminate a subscription where this policy is breached. Repeated or serious breaches may result in immediate action without prior warning.
