Luxora Gate Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Luxora Gate, a premium marketplace for luxury real estate, cars, yachts, and private aircraft. By using Luxora Gate, creating an account, publishing content, purchasing a subscription, or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Listing Standards & Advertising Rules.

1. Scope and eligibility

Luxora Gate is intended for individuals and businesses engaging with high-value assets and premium services.
You must be legally able to enter into binding agreements in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform.
If you act on behalf of a company, brokerage, dealership, yacht broker, charter operator, or aviation business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Platform role

Luxora Gate provides a technology platform for publication, discovery, lead capture, subscription management, and related promotional services.
Luxora Gate is not a broker, dealer, escrow provider, title company, financing intermediary, surveyor, maritime registrar, or aviation operator.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Luxora Gate does not verify legal title, lien position, seaworthiness, roadworthiness, airworthiness, valuation, investment returns, or tax treatment of any asset.

3. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
You are responsible for all activity carried out through your credentials and internal sub-users.
You must keep passwords, API keys, and account access confidential and notify Luxora Gate promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Luxora Gate may request identity, business, license, or compliance documents before activating or continuing access.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform. In particular, you must not:

scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror, reverse engineer, or systematically extract data without written authorization;
submit false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or abusive content;
upload malware, malicious code, hidden redirects, or attempt to disrupt the platform;
impersonate another person or entity;
use Luxora Gate to build or train a competing listing database or competing commercial product;
circumvent subscription controls, publication limits, moderation tools, or geo restrictions;
use the platform to promote illegal financial products, prohibited sanctions activity, money laundering, or deceptive investment claims.

5. Listings and enquiries

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and timeliness of your listings, profile details, photos, videos, documents, and pricing.
You must have lawful authority to market the relevant asset and to share all content and information provided to Luxora Gate.
Luxora Gate may edit, reject, suspend, remove, or require correction of any listing or media that does not meet platform standards.
Leads and enquiries generated through the platform are delivered in good faith, but Luxora Gate does not guarantee conversion, exclusivity, or transaction completion.

6. Sector-specific responsibilities

6.1 Real estate

Professional real estate advertisers must hold all licenses, permits, and owner authorizations required by the applicable jurisdiction.
Where relevant, you must only market properties you are authorized to advertise and must promptly remove listings that are sold, rented, reserved, withdrawn, or materially changed.
Property facts, permit numbers, project status, and pricing must not be misleading.

6.2 Cars

You must disclose material damage history, title issues, major modifications, and mileage accuracy where applicable.
You must not list stolen, counterfeit, unlawfully imported, or materially misdescribed vehicles.

6.3 Yachts

You must only market yachts or marine inventory you are authorized to offer and must provide truthful specification, registration, and condition information.
You must not make false claims about class, charter income, flag, registration, or ownership status.

6.4 Private aircraft

You must only market aircraft or aviation services you are lawfully entitled to market.
You must not make inaccurate statements about registration, configuration, maintenance status, range, charter rights, or airworthiness.

7. Content license

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Luxora Gate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, format, publish, distribute, and promote that content for operation and marketing of the platform.
This license includes the right to create resized, reformatted, excerpted, translated, and channel-specific versions of your content for the website, apps, social previews, feeds, advertising placements, PDFs, and sales materials connected to Luxora Gate.
You confirm that your content does not infringe third-party rights and that Luxora Gate may rely on your authorization.

8. Fees, subscriptions, and renewals

Paid services are governed by the active plan, order form, invoice, or checkout flow presented at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees are due in advance, non-refundable once the service period has started, and may renew automatically where recurring billing is enabled.
Luxora Gate may suspend delivery, publication, or account access if fees remain unpaid.
Taxes, VAT, regulatory charges, currency conversion costs, and banking fees are your responsibility unless the relevant document expressly states otherwise.

9. Intellectual property

Luxora Gate, its brand assets, software, layout, design system, databases, and non-user content remain the property of Luxora Gate or its licensors.
You may not copy, repackage, resell, or commercially exploit the platform or its data except as expressly permitted in writing.

10. Third-party services and links

The platform may integrate maps, analytics tools, payment processors, advertising tools, CRM services, media processors, or other third-party services. Luxora Gate is not responsible for third-party terms, uptime, or data practices. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms.

11. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Luxora Gate does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, lead volume, sale outcomes, asset quality, valuation accuracy, or legal compliance by other users.
Information published on Luxora Gate is not legal, tax, investment, technical, marine, automotive, or aviation advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luxora Gate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxora Gate's aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the platform or any paid services will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount paid by you to Luxora Gate in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD 1,000.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Suspension and termination

Luxora Gate may suspend, restrict, or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe that:

you breached these Terms or any plan/order form;
your content exposes the platform or its users to legal, regulatory, fraud, brand, or security risk;
fees are overdue;
continuing the service would be unlawful or commercially impractical.

Termination does not release you from payment obligations already accrued, nor from clauses intended to survive termination.

14. Governing law and disputes

Unless a written order form or separate agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to Luxora Gate's right to seek urgent or protective relief in any competent jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

Luxora Gate may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when published on the platform or on the date specified in the updated notice. Continued use of the platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
